Digup AI
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
DIGUPAI LLC (“Digup AI,” “we,” “us”) provides Digup AI at https://digupai.io. This policy explains how we handle personal information, including Google user data you choose to connect. Questions and deletion requests: digupai.com@gmail.com.
Google user data we access
If you connect Google in Connectors, Digup AI requests access to the Google account you approve. We access only the Google user data covered by the permissions you grant:
- Your Google account email address and basic profile (name and account id).
- Google Sheets you ask Digup AI to read or change, including spreadsheet content and structure.
- Google Docs you ask Digup AI to read or change, including document content.
- Google Slides you ask Digup AI to read or change, including presentation content.
- Google Drive files you ask Digup AI to find, read, or create, including file names, metadata, and file content needed for that request. Drive access includes files Digup AI creates and files you can already open.
- Google Calendar events and calendar details you ask Digup AI to read or change, including titles, times, and descriptions.
- Gmail messages you ask Digup AI to find or read, including headers and message text, and the ability to send email from your Gmail account only after you confirm the send.
Digup AI does not access Google user data from accounts you have not connected, and it does not use Google user data for advertising.
How we use Google user data
We use Google user data only to provide the feature you requested:
- Show that your Google account is connected and which account it is.
- Read, search, create, or update Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive files, Calendar events, or Gmail when you ask for that in chat.
- Ask you to confirm before Digup AI creates, changes, deletes, or sends Google user data.
- Put the result of that request into your Digup AI chat so you can see what was found or changed.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it for ads, credit, or unrelated profiling. We do not allow humans to read it except when needed to secure the service, fix a problem you report, or comply with law.
Digup AI’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we share, transfer, or disclose Google user data
We share, transfer, or disclose Google user data only in these cases:
- With Google, when Digup AI calls Google APIs to carry out the action you asked for.
- With the AI model provider that writes the reply for that chat turn. We send the Google content needed to answer or plan your request, such as matching email text, document text, spreadsheet cells, or calendar events. We do not send your Google OAuth access token or refresh token to the model.
- With our infrastructure providers that host Digup AI and store encrypted tokens and your chat, under contracts that limit their use of that data to running the service.
- With a third party if you tell Digup AI to send or publish something, such as sending an email you confirmed.
- When the law requires us to disclose it, or to investigate abuse or fraud.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
How we protect sensitive Google user data
Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Calendar data are treated as sensitive. We protect them as follows:
- Connections use HTTPS (TLS) in transit.
- Google access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM before they are stored. They are decrypted only on Digup AI’s server to call Google for you.
- A token is stored for your user account only. Another Digup AI user cannot use your Google connection.
- Changes, deletions, and sending email require your confirmation in the chat before Digup AI calls Google.
- Access to production systems is limited to people who operate Digup AI, and we do not use Google user data to train Digup AI’s own general models.
How long we keep Google user data and how you delete it
We keep the encrypted Google tokens, the connected account email, and the granted permissions only while that Google connection stays connected.
Disconnect Google in Connectors and Digup AI deletes that connection, including the encrypted access token, refresh token, account email, and stored permissions. Digup AI can no longer call Google for you after that.
When you ask Digup AI to read Google user data, the answer may be saved in that chat. That chat text stays until you delete the conversation or your Digup AI account. Digup AI does not keep a separate copy of your mailbox, Drive, or calendars.
To delete stored Google connection data, disconnect the Google connector. To delete chats that contain Google content, delete those conversations in Digup AI. To ask us to delete remaining Google user data associated with your account, email digupai.com@gmail.com. We delete or anonymize that data unless we must keep a record to meet a legal duty.
Other information
Apart from Google user data, Digup AI stores the account you register, the content you create in Digup AI, and usage needed to run billing, security, and the product. You can contact us at the email above to ask about that information.
